We are Enabling Access to optimal well-being, safety, and functional potential! With 20 years of business in Winnipeg, our team of Occupational Therapist are regulated healthcare professionals who conduct Home Safety and Accessibility Assessment services for seniors and people with disabilities. We work with you to identify goals and provide recommendations for support services, mobility equipment, adaptive devices, accessibility equipment and home modifications.

We work with trusted renovation specialists, smart home technicians, equipment vendors and other team members to make sure you and your loved ones are provided with all relevant options so you can make informed decisions about care, safety and accessibility. We help prevent premature admissions to long-term care facilities, fall-related hospitalizations and can provide you with information to inform a decision to "Modify or Move".
